with swamped brass barrel formed with a long flat, moulded fore-sight chiselled with an acanthus leaf in front, brass tang stamped 'G1', bevelled brass lock engraved with trophies-of-arms on the tail (rubbed), steel cock chiselled with a grotesque mask on the screw (top-jaw and screw replaced), figured walnut full stock moulded over the fore-end and carved with rococo foliage about the tang, slender butt of near fish-tail form, brass mounts comprising side-plate pierced and chased with foliage involving a dragon's head and a vacant oval, spurred pommel, a pair of faceted ramrod-pipes, horn fore-end cap, and associated horn-tipped ramrod
